     The V-Gard 950 Class 2 safety helmet is designed for electrical activities requiring demanding arc flash protection up to 7 kA. This balanced, lightweight, unvented electrician’s safety helmet combines superior protection, comfort, and functionality for professional use.

• Durable Construction - Helmet made of ABS for strength and lateral crush protection (LD option). Modern, dynamic, sports-styled shell.

• Advanced Suspension System - 6-point Fas-Trac® III ratchet suspension with premium washable and replaceable sweatband. Smooth rotation for easy adjustment. Lower nape strap for improved balance and stability.

• Low-Profile Design - Patented visor mechanism minimizes helmet shell size.

• Integrated Faceshield - GS-ET-29 Class 2 (7 kA) light blue faceshield with light transmittance ≥ 75%. Protects against impact, chemical splash, UV radiation, molten metal splash, and electric arc. Protective foam at top of the faceshield for enhanced seal. Premium anti-fog/anti-scratch coating fits over all corrective or safety glasses. Reliable one-handed smooth movement, even when gloved. 2 positions: fully up or completely down.

• Extended Protection - Unique extended ear and neck flaps ensure protection against arc flash up to 7 kA. 2 positions: working or stand-by.

• Weather & Environmental Protection - Channel around the helmet perimeter diverts rain and debris. Complete with a 4-point chinstrap for better retention. Protection against molten metal (MM option).

• Electrical & Safety Certifications - Electrically insulating helmet meeting EN 397 440 V AC & EN 50365 1000 V AC. Anti-static assembly; ELECTROSTATIC-INERIS certified for use in ATEX/explosive environments.
