Description

Tradesman ALL IN ONE work top jig for up to 900 mm worktops.

Hard wearing solid laminate 12 mm thick jig that cuts both parts of the joint in 15-minutes including setting up and left hand and right hand corners, 400 mm radius peninsular joint, 45 degree end cut with slight radius, 45 degree trade corner solution for hob units, 100 mm radius corner, 40 mm radius corner, 35 mm kitchen door hole and 3/4 inch BSP hole for mixer taps.

It covers fixed lengths for 400 mm, 500 mm, 550 mm, 600 mm, 616 mm, 650 mm, 700 mm and 900 mm wide worktops and can cuts up to 40 mm thick worktops with or without anti-drip postformed edge.

Three open-ended bolt recesses (dog bone style) for 150 mm bolts.
Engraved lines for short 65 mm bolts and worktop cross-cut.
10 mm diameter plastic pins with tapered shoulder for tight fit provides three point pin contact to ensure ease of setting up.
Engraved markings for identification of pin holes.
